Laura Díaz Casas - Executive Director
Laura is a Clinical Psychologist from the Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, and earned her Masters in Business Administration from Inalde Business School in Bogotá. She has more than 14 years of experience in the non-profit sector with programs aimed at improving the living conditions of vulnerable communities in Cartagena. She has worked in project management, resource and alliances management, and pushed for advocacy initiatives in public policies that favor the populations she works to support.
Angela Martelo Amaya - Psychologist
Angela is a psychologist with a degree in Project Management and 12 years of experience in the formulation, planning, execution and evaluation of social projects aimed at assisting diverse populations in both the public and private sector in Colombia.
Damar Ramírez Marimon - Social Worker
Damar is a Social Worker from the University of Cartagena with 10 years of experience in social processes with vulnerable communities and victims of Colombia’s armed conflict. His work in multiple foundations and social organizations has helped him understand the role of the Social Professional in the development and strengthening of community management.
